3 lb. buffalo roast
3 t. meat tenderizer
3 onions, sliced
1 1/2 t.garlic powder
1/4 t. Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning
1/2 t. Caribbean style jerk seasoning
1 T. dried red bell pepper flakes
1 t. Rocky Mountain seasoning (from Penzey’s)
1 t. onion powder
1/2 t. minced garlic
1 t. paprika
1/4 t. black pepper
1 T. dried celery flakes
1/2 t. Sunny Paris seasoning (also from Penzey’s)
2 T. instant beef flavored bouillon
2 T. lime juice
4 oz. apple juice
1 T. teriyaki sauce
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. bacon grease
In a large crock pot, arrange roast, bacon grease, juices and sauces, then onions, and spices.
Cook on high for 6 hours.
