1 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 T. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
3 T butter
Cream: 1 c. sugar, 1 c. margarine, 1 c. canned pumpkin, 1 T. vanilla, and 1 egg
Add: 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon
Drop by round teaspoons and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 for 11-15 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes before topping with icing.
Icing:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
3 T butter
Cook two minutes over low heat and stir in 2 1/2-3 c. powdered sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla.
