1 egg white, slightly beaten
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt
2 quarts of air-popped popcorn (not microwave)
Mix together first 4 ingredients. Pour mixture over popped popcorn and be sure it is fully coated.
Spread in a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 300º stirring frequently.
Cool completely on paper towels before putting into an airtight container.

** We add one stick of melted butter to the first part for more calories and buttery-goodness.
