1 lb. Velveeta, cubed1 jar (7.5 oz.) pimientos (Roland’s sweet pimientos are the best!)1 c. Hellman’s mayonnaise In a microwave-safe dish melt Velveeta cubes for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir.
