2 medium apples, cored, peeled and sliced
1 T. lemon juice
10 oz. frozen raspberries in light syrup, thawed
1 c. instant oats
3 T. butter, melted
2 T. honey
2 T. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
non-stick vegetable spray
Combine apples with lemon juice, toss gently. Place in a 10X6X2″ dish, coated with spray. Top with raspberries. Combine oats, sugar, honey, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle over berries.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
