1/2 lb. butter
7 T powdered sugar
1 T vanilla
1 1/2 c. ground pecans
3 c. flour
Cream butter with sugar. Mix pecans with flour and work into butter mixture. Knead into small rolls about 2 ” long and round as a nickel and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 325 degree for 8-10 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while cookies are still hot.
