Plum Pie
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. plus 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 t. baking powder
2 c. plums, pitted
1/2 stick butter
In sauce pan boil plums, 1 1/2 c. sugar and butter for two minutes. Pour into 9X11 inch baking dish. Blend together flour, 1/2 c. sugar, milk and baking powder. Drop by teaspoonfuls over plum mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

Fruit Crumble
2 pears
2 apples
1 pint blueberries
2 peaches
1 pint strawberries
2 T. lemon juice
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar
Slice fruit and place in bottom of 9X11 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle lemon juice and 2/3 c. sugar over the fruit. Blend together flour, butter and brown sugar. Mix until crumbly and pour over fruit. Bake a 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Strawberry Yogurt Pops
1 – 16 oz. pkg. strawberries (stems removed)
1 – 8 oz. carton strawberry yogurt
2/3 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 T. sugar
10 – 3 oz. paper cups
10 wooden sticks
Combine strawberries, yogurt, cranberry juice and sugar in blender. Spoon evenly 3/4 full into paper cups. Insert wooden stick into the middle of each cup and freeze for one hour. Peel off cup to serve.

Pumpkin Blueberry Streusal Muffins
2 1/2 c. flour plus 2 T. separated
2 c. sugar plus 1/4 c. separated
1 T. pumpkin pie spice
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
2 large eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 t. cinnamon
2 T. butter
Streusel topping: In a small bowl combine 1/4 c. sugar, 2 T. flour, 1 t. cinnamon. Cut 2 T. butter into the mixture with a pastry blender and blend until crumbly.
Combine 2 1/2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Combine pumpkin, eggs and vegetable oil in medium bowl, stirring well. Stir wet mixture into dry mixture, just until moistened. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into lightly greased muffin pan, filling 3/4 full. Sprinkle with streusel topping.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm.

Mexican Dessert
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
12 flour tortillas
2 cans peaches
Roll 3-4 peaches into each tortilla and place seam-side down on a baking dish. In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, boil 1 1/2 c. water, 2 c. sugar and butter for 5 minutes. Pour over the tortillas. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
