Dessert

1 1/4 lb Oreo cookies, crushed
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, melted
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. cool whip
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding

In a large mixing bowl, blend powdered sugar, butter, and cream cheese. Add 1/2 c. milk and blend (I like to use a hand mixer). Add pudding and 3 c. milk and blend. Gently fold in cool whip with a rubber spatula.

In a 12 X 12 inch dish, layer 1/3 Oreos, 1/2 mixture, 1/3 Oreos, 1/2 mixture and top with 1/3 Oreos.

Optional: Can add gummy worms for fun!

3/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 t. cream of tartar
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
2 T. sugar

Beat margarine until fluffy, add 1 1/2 c. sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cream of tartar. Gradually blend this into wet mixture. Cover and chill 1 hour.

Combine 2 T. sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.

Crust:
1/2 c. plus 2 T. butter
5 oz (1 1/4 c.) salted pretzels crushed finely
1/2 c. sugar

Grease 9″ pie plate. Melt butter and stir in pretzels and sugar. Mix together and press to the bottom of pie plate, forming a rim around the sides.

Filling:
1 can Eagle brand (sweetened condensed milk)
2/3 c. key lime juice
1 drop green food coloring
2 1/2 c. cool whip

Blend all together completely. Pour into crust. Freeze uncovered for 6 hours. Cover and freeze two more hours before serving.

4 1/2 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/3 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
2 t. brandy flavoring (or 2 1/2 T. brandy)
3 c. heavy whipping cream
1 egg white

Melt chocolate over hot water in the top of a double boiler. Place water and sugar in small saucepan, cooking over medium heat until sugar is dissolved (stirring frequently). Pour melted chocolate into blender or food processor. Blend, slowly adding in sugar/water mixture. Continue, while adding egg yolks, one at a time. Add brandy flavoring. Process until smooth.

Set aside and let cool. In a separate large bowl, blend egg white and whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in cooled chocolate mixture with a spatula. Spoon into 8 individual serving dishes. May garnish with chocolate shavings. Chill 2 hours. Serves 8.
