4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 finely chopped onion
1 T. paprika
1 1/2 T. flour plus 1 T. water (mixture)
2 T. olive oil
1 t. salt
1 c. water
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper chicken. Brown in oil in stock pot. Remove chicken to saute onion. When onions are traslucent in color, add chicken back to pot. Also, add paprika, flour mixture, water and salt. Simmer for 1 hour with lid on tightly.
Remove lid. Cut chicken pieces in half and add sour cream. Cook on low for 5 minutes more.
Serve over rice.
